Adopt a resolution authorizing amendment to agreements with BKF Engineers, CSG Consultants, Inc., Freyer & Laureta, Inc., Horizon Water and Environment, LLC, Water Works Engineers, LLC, and Woodard & Curran to increase the amount by an aggregate of $4,500,000.

BACKGROUND:
On November 13, 2018, this Board adopted Resolution No. 076279(a-o), which authorized agreements with BKF Engineers, CSG Consultants, Inc., Freyer & Laureta, Inc., Horizon Water and Environment, LLC, Water Works Engineers, LLC, Woodard & Curran and other consulting firms for On-Call Engineering and Professional Services for various not-to-exceed amounts ranging from $500,000 to $1,500,000 for a period of three years through November 12, 2021, and authorized the Department of Public Works (Department) to have the option to extend the agreement term for two (2) additional years.
On January 5, 2021, this Board adopted Resolution No. 077931, which authorized an amendment to the on-call agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $500,000 to $1,000,000.
As authorized by this Board, the Department on October 21, 2021, executed amendment to agreements extending the expiration date of the agreements to November 12, 2023.
DISCUSSION:
BKF Engineers, CSG Consultants, Inc., Freyer & Laureta, Inc., Horizon Water and Environment, LLC, Water Works Engineers, LLC, and Woodard & Curran have been providing water system study and design, sanitary and storm sewer system hydraulic modeling and analysis, sewer system condition assessment, environmental permitting support, habitat mitigation and restoration monitoring, and construction management services.
