Adopt a resolution authorizing agreements with:
A) Enneagram Prison Project for services to justice-involved individuals who are both in- and out-of-custody for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $351,522; and
B) JobTrain for services to justice-involved individuals who are both in- and out of-custody for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $615,000; and
C) Service League of San Mateo County for services to justice-involved individuals who are both in- and out-of-custody for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $797,773; and
D) Project READ for services to justice-involved individuals who are out-of custody, for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $53,500; and
E) Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center for services to justice-involved individuals who are in-custody for the term July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.

BACKGROUND:
The County Manager's Office and the Sheriff's Office issued a joint Request for Proposal (RFP) for programs and services for the County's justice-involved population. The joint RFP reflects the County's commitment to linking in-custody programs and services to out-of-custody service continuation. Men and women who engage in programs while incarcerated can transition to similar programs upon reentry and community supervision.
