BACKGROUND:
On June 21, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with The Latino Commission (TLC) for substance use disorder treatment services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $2,101,115.

On October 27, 2016, the Chief of the Health System approved an amendment to the agreement to include bridge funding, with no change to the maximum amount or term of the agreement.

On February 28, 2017, your Board approved an amendment to the agreement for expanded substance use disorder treatment services under the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System, increasing the amount by $406,686 to $2,507,801, and extending the term of the agreement through June 30, 2018.

On November 7, 2017, your Board approved an amendment to the agreement for additional substance use disorder treatment services under the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System, increasing the amount by $256,379 to an amount not to exceed $2,764,180, with no change to the term of the agreement.

On March 15, 2018, the Chief of the Health System approved an amendment to the agreement for additional residential treatment services through sober living environments for adults recovering from addiction, that are ready to transition to a living environments that supports sobriety, increasing the amount by $24,000 to $2,788,180, with no change to the term of the agreement.
