Measure K: Adopt a resolution authorizing:

B) The Chief of San Mateo County Health or her designee to execute agreements with Alzheimer's Disease and Other Related Diseases, Inc., Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative, Edgewood Center for Children and Families, Institute on Aging, and Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc., for the term of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $1,008,635.

BACKGROUND:
On April 28, 2015, the Board of Supervisors, as recommended by the Measure K Subcommittee, approved continuing and/or expanding initiatives that were part of the FY 2013-15 funding cycle, as well as new initiatives and projects for FY 2015-17. Alzheimer's Disease and Other Related Diseases, Inc. (ADRD), Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative (DCPPC), Edgewood Center for Children and Families (ECCF), Institute on Aging (IOA), and Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc (OSSMC) were selected as new initiatives and projects under the Older Adults and Veteran Services priorities.

On December 13, 2016, the Board of Supervisors, as recommended by staff, approved these recommended Measure K allocations for FY 2017-19. On June 6, 2017, and June 5, 2018, your Board approved contracts for ADRD, DCPPC, ECCF, IOA, and OSSMC for the term July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018, under Resolution #075222 and for the term July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, under Resolution #075920.
