President Warren Slocum welcomed the public to this special meeting and informed the audience that both Supervisors Carole Groom and Don Horsley could not make tonight's meeting due to illness. President Slocum layed out some house rules for this meeting and thanked the City of Daly City residents, elected officials and the City Manager for hosting.
