Adopt a resolution authorizing the sixth amendment to the agreement with the City and County of San Francisco for the distribution of FY 2021 Urban Area Security Initiative grant funds for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center, increasing the amount by $775,000 from $7,245,241 to $8,020,241 and extending the term from June 30, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

BACKGROUND:
On January 11, 2022 through Resolution No. 078660, this Board approved the agreement with the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) for the distribution of FY 2021 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant funds for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) in the amount of $6,597,741 and for a term commencing November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022.
On October 4, 2022 through Resolution No. 079226, this Board approved the first amendment to the FY 2021 UASI grant agreement increasing the amount to $7,268,991 and extending the term to May 31, 2023.
On February 8, 2023 through Resolution No. 079226, the Sheriff approved the second amendment to the FY 2021 UASI grant agreement extending the term to June 30, 2023.
On March 28, 2023 through Resolution No. 079533, this Board approved the third amendment to the FY 2021 UASI grant agreement increasing the amount to $7,323,991 and extending the term to December 31, 2023.
On October 29, 2023 through Resolution No. 079533, the Sheriff approved the fourth amendment to the FY 2021 UASI grant agreement decreasing the amount by $78,750 to $7,245,241.
On December 15, 2023 through Resolution No. 079533, the Sheriff approved the fifth amendment to the FY 2021 UASI grant agreement extending the term from December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
