A) Mark Dinh, representing Moss Beach Community Representative, for an initial partial term ending March 31, 2026; and
B) Rebecca Michael, representing Moss Beach Alternate, for an initial term ending March 31, 2026; and
C) Kate Shea, representing El Granada Community Representative, for an initial partial term ending March 31, 2025.

BACKGROUND:
The Coastside Design Review Committee (CDRC) reviews new development proposals to ensure that they are compatible with the physical setting of the site and the visual character of the communities of Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada, Miramar, and Princeton. The Committee reviews development applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area.
DISCUSSION:
Mark Dinh is a resident of Moss Beach who has interest and understanding of the county's zoning regulations, design standards and mid-coast governance and planning processes. He is Assistant Director of Technology at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and brings expertise in government agencies as well as infrastructure planning and needs. He is being appointed as Moss Beach Community Representative
Rebecca Michael is a resident of Moss Beach who has an interest in architecture and design. She is a retired PG&E Mapper and brings expertise at evaluating residential and commercial plans. She is currently a volunteer at the Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA, the California State Parks and Coastside Hope. She is being appointed as the Alternate Moss Beach Community Representative.
