Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Diameter Health, Inc. to provide a hosted software platform that analyzes and enhances the data quality of healthcare records in the Health Information Exchange, extending the term of the agreement through July 31, 2023, and increasing the amount by $152,600 to an amount not to exceed $743,600.

BACKGROUND:
In July 2019, this Board approved a resolution authorizing an agreement with Diameter Health, Inc. (Diameter Health) to provide Diameter Health's hosted software platform that analyzes and enhances the data quality of healthcare records and improves data quality in the Health Information Exchange (HIE) for the term of August 1, 2019, through July 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $591,000.
In November 2020, the parties amended the agreement to add Diameter Health's Quality and Subscribe products for a one-year subscription with no change to the agreement term and amount.
DISCUSSION:
This amendment will increase the maximum amount by $152,000 to an amount not to exceed $743,000 and extend the term by one year through July 31, 2023, for Diameter Health to continue to provide HIE support services.
The amendment and resolution have been reviewed and approved by County Attorney as to form.
The resolution contains the County's standard provisions allowing amendment of the County's fiscal obligations by a maximum of $25,000 (in aggregate).
