A) Approve Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the total amount of $139,736 Measure K OESHB to be moved from 12191 to 43101 (ATR22-034); and
B) Approve Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the total amount of $2,239,177 from 12191 to 43101 (ATR22-035); and
C) Approve Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the total amount of $5,187,453 from 12192 to 43201 (ATR22-036).

BACKGROUND:
On 9/14/2021 the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors amended the San Mateo County Ordinance Code to designate the Office of Emergency Services as a department and to rename it the Department of Emergency Management (DEM).
The budget for DEM was not moved when this approval was made. The three ATRs being requested for approval will transfer DEM’s FY 2021-22 Adopted Budget from 1219P to 4300D in the total amount of $7,566,366.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the General Fund.
