BACKGROUND:
The Bayside Design Review Committee reviews building permit applications in the design review areas. The Committee reviews all applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area.
DISCUSSION:
Hamid Hekmat began serving on the Bayside Design Review Committee in October 2014 for a partial term ending March 2020. Upon approval of this reappointment, the term reflects as a second full 3-year term from April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2023.
Hamid has been a practicing architect for 40 years after receiving a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington in 1982. He founded HrH Architecture in 2002 as a private practice designing homes, and lives in Emerald Hills.
