A) On-call engineering professional services Agreements with: Engineering Design Firms: AECOM Technical Services, Inc., BKF Engineers, Michael Baker International, Inc., and Quincy Engineering, Inc.; Environmental Study and Document Preparation Firms: Denise Duffy & Associates, Inc., Horizon Water and Environment, and Rincon Consultants, Inc.; Structural Engineering Firms: Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., Michael Baker International, Inc., and Quincy Engineering, Inc.; Surveying Firms: BKF Engineers, Sandis, and Towill, Inc.; Hydraulic and Hydrologic Studies Firms: Moffatt & Nichol, Inc., Northwest Hydraulic Consultants, Inc., and WRECO; Geotechnical Engineering Firms: Cal Engineering & Geology, GEI Consultants, Inc., and WRECO; Traffic Engineering and Analysis Firms: Iteris, Inc., Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and W-Trans; Biological Monitoring Firms: BioMaAS, Inc., Denise Duffy & Associates, Inc., and Rincon Consultants, Inc.; Construction Management Firms: 4Leaf, Inc., AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and Park Engineering, Inc.; Pavement Condition Inspection and Calculations Firm: Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc., for the term of October 19, 2021 through October 18, 2024, for an aggregate amount of $23,400,000, and
B) The Director of Public Works to execute contract amendments to modify the County's maximum fiscal obligation by no more than $25,000 (in aggregate), and/or modify the contract term and/or services as long as the modified term of services is/are within the current or revised fiscal provision.
