BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Groom has represented San Mateo County on the CSAC Executive Committee since January 2012. She also represents the County on the Urban County Caucus. Supervisor Groom’s current appointment to CSAC as the Board representative will expire on December 31, 2020.
