BACKGROUND:

Court Appointed Special Advocates of San Mateo County (CASA) pairs caring community volunteers with children who have been placed in foster care. CASA facilitates collaboration among families, social workers, and community partners to support the well-being of children in foster care. This initiative will support CASA’s recruitment and training of volunteers in order to provide services to more children.
