BACKGROUND:
On December 12, 2017, the Board approved an agreement with Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) for alcohol and other drug prevention services, Community Capacity Building, and Parent Project classes, for the term July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $225,240.

On December 11, 2018, the Board approved an amendment to the agreement for Community Capacity Building extending the term through June 30, 2019, alcohol and other drug prevention services, and Parent Project classes, extending the term through June 30, 2020, increasing the amount of the agreement by $356,030 to an amount not to exceed $581,270.

On April 25, 2019, the Chief of San Mateo County Health approved an amendment to the agreement adding a Parent Project class, increasing the amount by $10,835 to an amount not to exceed $581,270, with no change to the agreement term.
