BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:

In connection with various of the County’s ongoing capital projects it is beneficial for a Board committee to be created to receive information from the Project Development Unit (PDU), provide the PDU with input, and make recommendations to the entire Board.

After consultation with the PDU Director, the above-referenced ad hoc committees are recommended for the projects identified.  No ad hoc committees are planned at this time for the Skylonda Fire Station, Animal Shelter, and Sanchez Adobe projects.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.
