Recommendation for the reappointment of Supervisor Don Horsley to the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, for a term ending December 31, 2021.

BACKGROUND:
The mission of the Authority is to work to improve transit and relieve traffic congestion in the County of San Mateo. The Authority administers the proceeds of a countywide half-cent sales tax to fund transportation improvements.
DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Horsley has served on the Transportation Authority since January 2011 and wishes to be reappointed.
