Recommendation for appointments to the Bayside Design Review Committee, each for an initial term ending March 31, 2023:
A) Peter Dunne, as Palomar Park Alternate Representative; and
B) Jessica Huckabay, representing North Fair Oaks Community Representative.

BACKGROUND:
The Bayside Design Review Committee reviews building permit applications in the design review areas. The Committee reviews all applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area.
DISCUSSION:
Peter Dunne is a resident of Palomar Park and has a range of experience in project management and real estate development for organizations such as Habitat For Humanity. He is interested in getting more involved with the community where he can have a positive impact.
Jessica Huckabay is a Public Health and Community Health Education professional and resident of North Fair Oaks. Her experience includes community relations and she currently works at the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center. Jessica is interested in utilizing her knowledge and experience to serve the North Fair Oaks Community.
