BACKGROUND:
On November 17, 2015, your Board adopted Resolution No. 074208, which authorized the Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) for construction management services for the Crystal Springs Dam Bridge (CSDB) Replacement Project (Project) in the amount of $2,230,458. The services to be provided in accordance with the Agreement included: construction project management, construction inspection, bridge construction oversight and coordination, compliance with the plans and specifications, compliance with federal funding requirements, and project construction coordination for the CSDB Replacement Project.

On June 6, 2017, your Board adopted Resolution No. 075246, which authorized Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with AECOM to increase the agreement amount by $1,296,775 to $3,527,233 to continue to provide ongoing construction management and inspection services.

On March 27, 2018, your Board adopted Resolution No. 075808, which authorized Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with AECOM to increase the agreement amount by $571,749 to $4,098,982 to continue to provide ongoing construction management and project closeout services.

DISCUSSION:
