BACKGROUND:
On June 21, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with Caminar, Inc. (Caminar) to provide community-based services to individuals with serious mental illnesses, focusing on maximizing wellness and recovery opportunities for adults with mental, physical, and developmental disabilities, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in the amount of $7,605,608.

On May 24, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with Project Ninety, Inc. (Project Ninety) for residential substance use disorder treatment services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $2,849,777.

On August 31, 2016, the Chief of the Health System approved an amendment to the agreement with Project Ninety to include bridge funding, with no change to the maximum amount or term of the agreement.

On October 26, 2016, the Chief of the Health System approved an amendment to the agreement with Project Ninety to extend bridge funding, with no change to the maximum amount or term of the agreement.
