Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with StarVista for necessary building renovations following the Pyramid/StarVista merger, and increase the number of sexual orientation and gender identity trainings, increasing the amount by $33,873 to $10,114,325, with no change to the agreement term.

BACKGROUND:
On May 24, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with Pyramid Alternatives, Inc. (Pyramid) for substance use disorder treatment services, managed care services, and Seeking Safety services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $1,812,650.
On October 18, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with StarVista for substance use disorder treatment services, for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $2,440,058.
On December 13, 2016, your Board approved an agreement with StarVista for mental health services for the term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 and Family Health community worker services for the term July 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $2,216,832.
On June 6, 2017, your Board approved an amendment to the agreement with StarVista, allocating Measure K funds, to expand the Early Childhood Community Team model, increasing the amount by $660,000 to $2,876,832, with no change to the term of the agreement.
