Recommendation to amend and continue the Emergency Proclamation relating to damage in the Crystal Springs County Sanitation District as a result of the January 2017 storms, which still exists and continues to be an emergency, for an additional period in accordance with Government Code section 8630 and Chapter 2.46 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code.
