Measure K: Resolution authorizing an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) transferring Measure K revenue and expenditure appropriations in the amount of $25,000 from Non-Departmental Services to the Human Resources Department to host the “Shaping our Success” Youth Jobs Summit on April 15 and 22, 2017, whereby 120 job-aged youth from underrepresented communities in Redwood City, East Palo Alto, Belle Haven and North Fair Oaks will prepare for potential summer jobs and develop needed workplace skills.
