Resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Cascadia Consulting Group, Inc. to provide the Sustainability Academy (formerly known as the RecycleWorks Volunteer Academy) consulting services by extending the end date of the agreement from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2017, and increasing the amount by $99,056 to an amount not to exceed $186,558, with the option to further extend the term through June 30, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $283,072.
