Acting as the Governing Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority, adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo to amend an agreement with HIP Housing for the Provider-Based Assistance program, extending the agreement through June 30, 2018 and increasing the amount by $367,632, thereby increasing the total obligation under the agreement to an amount not to exceed $753,192.
