Resolution authorizing agreements with Kaiser South San Francisco, Kaiser Redwood City, Seton Medical Center, Seton Coastside, Sequoia Hospital, Menlo Park Surgical Hospital, Ravenswood Family Health Center, and Peninsula Medical Center, to participate in the Hospital Preparedness Program grant for term of September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $298,500 in aggregate for these and all other hospitals and healthcare facilities in the County that contract with Public Health, Policy and Planning to participate in the Hospital Preparedness Program grant.
