Public hearing to consider a resolution authorizing: (Department of Housing)
A) An amendment to the County’s FY 2011-12 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to include new ESG requirements under the federal 2009 HEARTH Act; and
B) The Director of the Department of Housing or his designee to submit the amendment and required certifications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
