Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Housing to execute an agreement with MP - CanDo University Avenue Senior Housing LLC., to provide funding for development of the University Avenue Senior Housing project in East Palo Alto for the term of August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, and an amendment to said agreement in the amount of up to $300,000, if and when Willow Housing LP receives substitute funding from the VA for the Willow Housing project.
