Acting as the Governing Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, adopt Resolution 2014-02 authorizing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute an amendment to the agreement with Service League of San Mateo County for the Provider-Based Assistance program, extending the term through June 30, 2018, and increasing the amount by $525,000 to an amount not to exceed $861,240.
