Resolution authorizing agreements to provide home health and attendant care services with: Addus Healthcare, Inc.; Arcadia Health Services, Inc; Home Helpers and Direct Link of San Mateo County; MagisCare, LLC; Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc.; Medical Care Professionals; and NP Plus, LLC, doing business as Professional Health Care at Home, for the term July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $970,000.
