An agreement with Samaritan House to act as the Services Coordinator for the Community Service Block Grant administration and to collaborate with the Core Services Agencies for the provision of services for the term of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $419,214, no Net County Cost; and
