BACKGROUND:
The Coastside Design Review Committee reviews new development proposals to ensure that they are compatible with the physical setting of the site and the visual character of the communities of Montara, Moss Beach. El Granada, Miramar, and Princeton. The Committee reviews development applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area.

DISCUSSION:
Bruce Allen Chan has over 20 years of experience, and is currently a consulting Landscape Architect for the Town of Hillsborough. As a member of the CDRC, Bruce looks forward to fostering sustainable landscape designs.

Kayleen (Katie) Pashel has over 15 years of experience working in architecture and design. As a member of the CDRC, Kayleen looks forward to retaining and promoting the beauty and character of the Coastside.

Karen Staubach has held various positions in the field of architecture and real estate throughout her career, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate, Finance and Development. As a resident of Montara, she strives to ensure that the built spaces are intentional, beautiful and adaptable.
