Adopt resolutions:
A) Authorizing the acceptance of cash and in-kind donations in the amount of $151,826 for FY 2017-2018 from the San Mateo County Parks Foundation.
B) Authorizing an Appropriation Transfer Request in the amount of $133,232 from unanticipated revenue to corresponding appropriations in services and supplies.

BACKGROUND:
The San Mateo County Parks Foundation ("Foundation") raises funds and provides in-kind services for various improvements and programs in County Parks. As in the prior fiscal year, the Department proposes to bring these donations to the Board of Supervisors two to three times per year.
DISCUSSION:
For FY 2017-2018, the Foundation is providing $141,732 in cash donations for various projects and programs, and $10,094 in in-kind support. Of the $141,732 in cash donations, the $8,500 for the Commemorative Table will be deposited into the Park Bench Donations Trust Fund, which is not part of the General Fund. The Appropriation Transfer Request is for $133,232.
