BACKGROUND:
The Technology Services Department (TSD) is responsible for managing and maintaining the County's public-facing web platforms to ensure that residents, businesses, and stakeholders have reliable access to critical information and services. The County's primary website, Drupal platform, serves as the primary public web portal for 20 County departments and agencies. In addition, the County operates approximately 30 separate public WordPress websites designed for diverse audiences, programs, and services. Together, these websites form a vital communication and service delivery channel for the County.

On May 6, 2025, TSD released a Request for Proposals (RFP), RFP# ISD-20251904, seeking a reliable, secure, and high-availability enterprise hosting solution to support both Drupal and WordPress websites. Six (6) proposals were received and the proposal from Pantheon Systems, Inc. was identified as the most suitable for the County.

DISCUSSION:
As the County expands its digital services, the demand for scalable, secure, and high-availability web hosting solutions continues to grow.
