Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Mikasoft, Inc. for consulting and project management services, extending the term by three months from June 20, 2024 through June 30, 2025, to the new term of June 30, 2024 through September 30, 2025, and increasing the amount payable by $55,440 to an amount not to exceed $231,440.

BACKGROUND:
As part of the implementation of the Assessor Property Assessment System (APAS) project and APAS Data Cleansing and Conversion project, ACRE has cleansed and migrated approximately 30 million items of property assessment data from the legacy system to the APAS system and is now well positioned to initiate the Property Appraisal Valuation project. At its January 30, 2024, meeting, this Board approved the Appraisal Property Valuation project for the residential and commercial applications with C3 AI.
C3 AI offers end-to-end, comprehensive AI lifecycle management services, which will allow ACRE to update data models and configurations of AI/ML models during the term of the agreement.
DISCUSSION:
The agreement with C3 AI is for five (5) years. C3 AI offers a development platform which can be utilized in many other areas such as analyzing and developing the Department's operational procedures, training, and policy materials.
As part of this agreement, C3 AI will deploy into production their C3 AI Residential and Commercial Property Appraisal Applications (C3 Applications).
