Subject: Amendment to the Agreement with Sonrisas Dental Health Inc to Provide Dental Health Services
RECOMMENDATION:
title
Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with Sonrisas Dental Health Inc to provide dental health services, extending the term by one year through December 31, 2024, and increasing the amount by $134,280 to an amount not to exceed $380,500.

The agreement has been amended multiple times, most recently to extend the term through December 31, 2023, and increase the amount to the amount to at most $246,220.
