BACKGROUND:
Since 1989, Service League of San Mateo County has provided direct services to the San Mateo County incarcerated population. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: jail programming, jail orientation, jury trial clothing, Spanish language services, library services, and various denominational chaplaincy services.
