RECOMMENDATION:
title
Adopt a resolution authorizing the acceptance of an award from the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to provide tuberculosis prevention and control activities for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $347,499.

The resolution contains the County's standard provisions allowing amendment of the County's fiscal obligations by a maximum of $25,000 (in aggregate).

The agreement and resolution have been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form.

It is anticipated that 100% of active TB cases will be case-managed...
