A) Adopt a resolution authorizing:
1. The acceptance of cash donations in the amount of $210,197.45 from the San Mateo County Parks Foundation and $7,961.84 from the Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County Foundation; and
2. The acceptance of in-kind donations in the amount of $138,725.00 from the San Mateo County Parks Foundation; and
B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the amount of $218,160 from unanticipated revenue to corresponding appropriations in Services and Supplies.

BACKGROUND:
San Mateo County Parks Foundation: The San Mateo County Parks Foundation ("Parks Foundation") was established to provide additional financial support for the recreational, environmental, and educational programs and projects of the San Mateo County Parks Department ("Department").
Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County Foundation: The Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County Foundation ("Mounted Patrol Foundation") is an organization that supports and promotes equestrian activities, including programs to enhance the equestrian environment; charitable works that benefit horsemanship, education, youth, and the disabled; and emergency services, including search and rescue efforts.
DISCUSSION:
Parks Foundation: In FY 2025-26, the Parks Foundation provided the Department with in-kind donations totaling $138,725.00 and direct cash donations totaling $210,197.45 for various projects, programs, and events. The tables below reflect cost estimates of each project, program, and event. Actual funding allocations may vary upon completion of the project, program, or event.
