BACKGROUND:
On October 8, 2019, your Board approved an agreement with StarVista for mental health services and substance use disorder treatment services, for the term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $8,821,793.

On May 5, 2020, your Board approved an amendment to the agreement with StarVista adding youth and adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), for the term January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, increasing the amount by $78,948 to an amount not to exceed $8,900,741. MHFA is a highly interactive public education program that teaches attendees how to help individuals experiencing mental illness and/or substance use challenges to connect to an appropriate level of care.

On July 7, 2020, your Board approved an amendment to the agreement with StarVista for the Early Childhood Community Team (ECCT), the Health Ambassador Program for Youth (HAP-Y), and Trauma-Informed Co-Occurring Prevention for Youth (TCP-Y), extending the term through June 30, 2021 and increasing the amount by $1,517,740 to an amount not to exceed $10,418,481.
