A) Acting as the County of San Mateo and the Governing Board of the Scenic Heights County Sanitation District and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, adopt a resolution authorizing the President of the Board to execute an amendment to the Agreement between the County of San Mateo, Scenic Heights County Sanitation District, Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, and the City of San Carlos concerning Transport, Maintenance and Treatment of Sewage for 83 El Vanada Road; and
B) Acting as the Governing Board of the Scenic Heights County Sanitation District, adopt a resolution authorizing the President of the Board to execute an agreement with Christen G. DiPetrillo and Kyle C. Cady (Owners) for the Provision of Sanitary Sewer Service for their developed property at 83 El Vanada Road in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County near San Carlos.

BACKGROUND:
The Hassler Sewer Line (Hassler Line) was originally constructed by the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) as an outfall sewer through the City of San Carlos (City) to the San Francisco Bay from the Hassler Health Home Facilities owned and operated by CCSF that were located near the intersection of Edmonds Road and Crestview Drive.
