Adopt a resolution authorizing:
A) Accepting the dedication and transfer of real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 005-510-(not yet assessed) ("Property"), consisting of "Parcel B" and "Parcel C" in the Callippe Hill area of San Bruno Mountain, to the County of San Mateo; and
B) Authorizing the County Executive, or their designee, to execute and record, such documents as may be necessary to effectuate the acceptance and transfer, including but not limited to the escrow instruction, certificate of acceptance and grant deed.

BACKGROUND:
San Bruno Mountain State and County Park ("San Bruno Mountain") is in Northern San Mateo County, and is bordered by the cities of Brisbane, Colma, Daly City, and South San Francisco. San Bruno Mountain is approximately 2,500 acres in size and provides world class hiking with views of the San Francisco Bay, Peninsula, and City of San Francisco, diverse and unique habitat and natural features, opportunities for picnicking, an open lawn, and an interpretive pavilion.
Complementing its recreation resources, San Bruno Mountain is home to 14 species of rare or endangered plant life, as well as host and nectar plants of endangered butterflies. A Habitat Conservation Plan, adopted in 1982, helps ensure the protection of the endangered species and their habitats. Four federally listed endangered butterflies - the Mission Blue, Callippe Silverspot, San Bruno Elfin, and the Bay Checkerspot - and a variety of rare plants, are present within the San Bruno Mountain Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) area.
