BACKGROUND:
The County's Open Data Platform enables County Departments to align with the County's Open Data Policy and supports the Shared Vision 2025 Community Impact Goals. All County departments use the Platform to collect and display data on community indicators and monitor performance outcomes. This data is available through the County website, supporting our commitment to increasing transparency and improving access to County data.

DISCUSSION:
This amendment with Tyler Technologies, Inc. will continue support services for the Platform, hosting the County's performance dashboards, and tracking its progress toward its Shared Vision 2025, Measure K, and Departmental Performance goals. The Platform currently contains over 400 publicly available datasets and allows users to discover and visualize data in the portal. In addition, the stability of the Platform has enabled the County to host a large number of datasets effectively and securely. These capabilities are essential to the department/program needs and are crucial for the ongoing success of the County's data-driven performance reporting and open government efforts.
