Adopt a resolution authorizing an agreement with Tactis, LLC to provide maintenance, support, and enhancements for the County's website content management system, for the term of January 27, 2026 through January 26, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.

BACKGROUND:
The Technology Services Department (TSD) is responsible for managing and maintaining the County's public-facing website platform which provides reliable access to essential information regarding County services for residents, businesses, and stakeholders. The County's main website is built on the Drupal platform which is used by County departments and agencies. Additionally, the County operates 30 separate public sites using WordPress platform, tailored for various audiences, programs, and services. Collectively, these sites serve as crucial channels for communication and service delivery.
On May 6, 2025, the TSD released a Request for Proposals (RFP), RFP# ISD-20251905, seeking qualified vendors capable of delivering comprehensive website maintenance and support. Twelve (12) proposals were received and Tactis, LLC was identified as the vendor best suited to meet the County's technical and operational needs.
