Adopt a resolution authorizing:
A) The Parks Director, or the Parks Director's designee, to execute an agreement with FieldTurf USA, Inc. for the purchase and installation of a multi-use sports field at Flood County Park as part of the Realize Flood Park Project, and in an amount not to exceed $1,123,689; and
B) The Parks Director, or the Parks Director's designee, to execute amendments to the terms and/or services of the agreement, so long as the modified term(s) and/or services is/are within the current or revise fiscal provisions.

BACKGROUND:
The Realize Flood Park Project ("Project") is a comprehensive overhaul of the facilities and amenities within Flood County Park. After a robust, multi-year public engagement process, the Parks Department ("Department") prepared a Project landscape plan inclusive of new sports fields and courts, picnic and reservation areas, a playground, walking paths, and utilities. The parking facilities, restrooms, and landscaping will also be improved.
To construct the much-anticipated facilities in a timely manner, the Project will be implemented in phases. Phase 1 includes construction of the small multi-use sports field, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball court, picnic and reservation areas, pump track, walking paths, and utility systems, as well as improvements to the existing parking lot and landscaping.
