Recommendation for reappointments to the Commission on Aging:
A) Erzsebet Taylor, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
B) Joan Kilroe, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
C) Robert Giusti, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
D) Angela Giannini, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
E) Patty Clement-Cihak, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
F) Maria Elena Barr, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022; and
G) JoAnne Arnos, for a second full term ending June 30, 2022; and
H) Elsa Agasid, for an initial full term ending June 30, 2022.

BACKGROUND:
The mission of the San Mateo County Commission on Aging (CoA) is to improve the quality of life for seniors in San Mateo County through the promotion of independence, self-sufficiency, mental and physical health, as well as community involvement.
DISCUSSION:
Erzsebet Taylor joined the commission in September 2018 during a partial term and is being recommended to serve her first full term on the commission. Joan Kilroe, Elsa Agasid and Robert Guisti have been serving on the commission for partial terms since October 2016 and are being recommended to serve their first full terms. Angela Giannini and Patty Clement-Cihak have been serving partial terms since December 2016 and are being recommended to serve their first full terms on the commission. Marie Elena Barr has been serving a partial term on the commission since November 2017 and is being recommended to serve her first full term. JoAnne Arnos has served on the commission since July 2013, when her initial term was a partial term, and is being recommended to serve for a second full term.
