Resolution authorizing an agreement with MGT of America, Inc., for the purpose of preparing and coordinating the County's SB 90 costs reimbursement claims for State mandated services and other related services for the term of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, with an option at the County’s sole discretion to extend for an additional two-year term, in an amount not to exceed $180,000.
