Adopt a resolution authorizing:
A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an amendment to the agreement with EVO LLC to provide on-call audio visual and information technology project management consulting services, increasing the contract value by $82,000 for a maximum not to exceed value of $707,000; and
B) The Director of the Project Development Unit to execute contract amendments which modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by no more than $25,000 and/or modify the contract term and/or services so long as the modified term or services is/are within the current or revised fiscal provisions.

BACKGROUND:
On February 23, 2023, the Project Development Unit (PDU) conducted a formal Request for Proposal for on-call audio visual and information technology project management consulting services. An internal county selection committee comprised of the PDU and the Information Services Department reviewed the submissions received and recommended selection of EVO.
DISCUSSION:
EVO continues to provide Information Technology Project Management Services on several major capital projects, including: Cordilleras Health Campus, County Office Building 3, South San Francisco Wellness Center, and San Mateo Medical Center Renovation Project. Based upon EVO’s positive performance, PDU recommends that the County continue to work with EVO. After the execution of this amendment, the PDU will continue to release task orders as needed to EVO.
County Attorney has reviewed and approved the resolution and amendment as to form.
EQUITY IMPACT
Enhancing equity through technology-driven services is supported through the inclusion of contemporary digital infrastructure within County’s ground up construction projects.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for the Agreement has been included in the PDU project budgets within the FY 2023-24 Adopted Budget.
