BACKGROUND:
On August 8, 2023 an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to approve the project to the Board of Supervisors was filed by Edward Cox (Appellant). The appeal pointed to a concern that the project did not meet County Fire's conditions of approval dated August 31, 2022 for this project (Attachment F).
