Subject:                      Amendment to Attachment D of FY 2017-19 September Budget Revisions

RECOMMENDATION:

title

Adopt a resolution amending Attachment D - Capital Projects to the FY 2017-19 September Budget Revisions.

body

BACKGROUND:

On September 26, 2017, your Board adopted the FY 2017-18 Budget and accepted September revisions to the FY 2018-19 Recommended Budget.

DISCUSSION:

Shortly after the Board hearing on September 26, staff from the Department of Public Works found that Attachment D, which includes a list all appropriated Capital Projects for the Department of Public Works, did not include current information.  The purpose of this resolution is for the Board to approve the amended Attachment D containing the correct information. The FY 2017-18 Budget that your Board adopted, and the FY 2018-19 Recommended Budget which your Board received, were correct; only the Attachment D material specific to the Department of Public Works Capital Projects list was not.  For the Board’s reference, we are also providing Attachment D-1, which illustrates the changes.

County Counsel has reviewed and approved the resolution as to form.

This action aligns with the Shared Vision 2025 goal of a Collaborative Community, ensuring that fiscal information provided to your Board, including supporting schedules, accurately represents the County Budget and related adjustments.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.
